Paul Jacob ... Has he been reading RWR?

I took a break from my break today and I saw this ...
Paul Jacob posted a great article on TownHall.com.
Interestingly enough, it seemed like a written-for-townhall version of a post I put up a couple of weeks ago.
No, it's not plagiarism, and I'm not complaining. After all, I did put my stuff up there first. Besides, a big name columnist like Paul Jacob is backing me up. Time to pat myself on the old back. It's about time someone got to the root of the problem with McCain Feingold and the so-called "Online Freedom of Speech Act".
Once again, just so any trolls out there who may need to be reminded have accurate information, the First Amendment says:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
I'm not sure whether Mr. Jacob said it better than I did or not. It really doesn't matter, because, after all, he is right. McCain-Feingold is, as I have said before, a blatant repeal of the First Amendment.
