By way of the Rottie, I got a chance to read this post by Kit Jarrell regarding Haditha. It's another one of those situations where there are a lot of people throwing around accusations without pointing to any real facts. Kit has nailed it, and given some things pointed out by Michael Smerconish, I think it's very important that these soldiers get the benefit of the doubt right up to the point where they are actually found guilty following a thorough investigation and trial.

People need to shut up until that point.
