Failure to respond to Philip Berg's allegations within 30 days is, according to law, legal admission of his birth in Kenya, which officially disqualifies his run for President.

This case is currently under Supreme Court consideration, but the fact that neither Obama or the Donks have provided a legal response to this matter is pretty damning, to say the least.
