LC Jackboot over at the Rott has posted a call to arms for everyone who cherishes freedom.

Friends and LCs, a few short hours from now, we face perhaps the greatest challenge our Republic has ever faced. Decades of decadence, comfort, and the ability to shed all responsibility onto the government have come to fruition. What the average American has not and will not comprehend, is that our very form of freedom from tyranny has been voted away willfully, with the collusion of our enemies and ourselves. We survived wars because the enemy was not of us, but from foreign roots. This time, the scenario is deceitful, as the enemy is our own countrymen that have decided that life can be easier if we chose to delegate and rescind our individual responsibilities, suborning them to a faceless collectivism of socialist government. “Hope and Change” is not the battle cry of a nation, but the whimper of a society that has grown decadent, lazy, and complacent, and only wishes “Bread and Circuses” and satellite TV.

A few hours from now, we will have our “Bread and Circuses”, to our own demise as free individuals.

America, you have chosen to follow the path of the Roman Empire, totally ignorant of the circumstances of its demise. Our only hope is to stand together against the tyranny of the ignorant masses and carry on what we ALL know is the vision of the founders, who selflessly gave their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to ensure those unalienable rights, G-d given, would not and could not be taken away from America.

Let’s resolve here and now, that “Hope and Change” be our own battle cry, as a return to a just and moral people that the founders envisioned as our form of government. We CAN and WILL use the very words of our enemies to remain steadfast for Freedom. I pray that our country can remain whole, as hundreds of thousands fought and died to maintain its integrity. We need to stand shoulder-to-shoulder in this committment for the sake of our posterity. America shall always stand. We are familiar and willing to pay any price that G-d’s will be done for this great nation.

I pray tonight, that the clarion call is false and we’ll have 4-years of a totally inept and incompetent administration. Yet in that we must be cautious. The enemy IS at the gates. Who will remain steadfast and loyal, ignoring the siren call of leisure and laziness simply attained by wearing the chains of an unaccountable government?
