Michelle Malkin is reporting that Senator DeMint is attempting to get a vote regarding the constitutionality of DemCare.

I only wish both Malkin and DeMint would have hadthe foresight to push this issue at the beginning of the process, when it could have done some good.

Update:This vote was on the purchase mandate, not the whole concept. Turns out DeMint is a bit of a wimp on the issue. Of course the Donks voted it down. I guess per Nancy Pelosi ... "Are you serious?"
