Well, depends on what you mean by "war strategy." If you mean a war on Christianity, the Constitution (Obama sees it as "getting in the way of 'progress' "), the U.S. economy, national sovereingty, freedom to bear arms, freedom of religion (except, of course, the State-endorsed religion of secular-humanism), TRUTH, etc ..., then Obama seems demonstrated over the past year an acumen unrivalled by any preceding politician.
