Per this Yahoo article posted Saturday regarding Bobby Jindal's recently published birth certificate:

Jindal was born in the United States to Indian immigrant parents who held green cards at the time.

Jindal is therefore ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States. A green card does not a citizen make!
