U.S. Prepares for 'Day Without Immigrants'

I'm not even going to bother fisking this. You've got to live under a rock not to know where I stand on illegal aliens.

DENVER - Thousands of illegal immigrants and their allies across the country plan a show of force Monday to illustrate how much immigrants matter in the U.S. economy.

Good. Now we can settle this business once and for all. However, why in the world the government, whose job it is to enforce laws, doesn't attend these protests and start asking for green cards is beyond me.

Also, can we please stop calling these people "immigrants"? It's getting annoying. They do NOT fit the definition of the word. HR4437 is legitimate and should have been passed years ago.
