I'm sure there will be a lot of obligatory posts out there about the Super Bowl. Personally, football ain't my thing, though I do enjoy watching a good game every now and then.

The Soul beat LA pretty decisively today, and I enjoyed watching that on TV, but that's really a different game. Arena football is faster and more exciting than its outdoor counterpart, and we actually have a team this year that looks like it knows how to win (2-0). The real test will be when they play the Colorado Crush. If they win that, I will likely jump on the bandwagon, and why not? The team owner is a rocker.

As for the Super Bowl, I really couldn't give two shits who wins or by how much, so I'm calling it for Seattle, and it won't be close. I have no money on the game, nor do I care what anyone thinks of my call (whether before or after the game), so there are no consequences for being wrong.

Pitchers and catchers are reporting soon ... let the real games begin!
