Zarqawi Aide BUSTED

Monday, February 27, 2006

An Iraqi counter-terrorism unit has apparently captured six al-Qaeda terrorists, including a senior aide to Zarqawi.

It said Abu Farouq al-Suri, previously unknown to the media, was captured by the Wolf Brigade, one of several counter-insurgency units operating within the Shi'ite-run Interior Ministry ...
The US has not confirmed this capture, but it must be noted that as long as these reports are true, it is the IRAQIS that must get the credit for this. THEY responded positively to the training provided by the Americans, and were able to learn how to get these bastards themselves.

So, congratulations on a job well done are apparently in order for our Iraqi allies. Half a dozen fewer terrorists free to do their evil deeds is a good thing. Getting one of the big guys is just icing on the cake.
