ObamNeyCare Upheld

Thursday, June 28, 2012

America is fucked.  Not forever, but the greatest country on God's green Earth has just gone the way of the Soviet Union, and there's not a damned thing that can be done about it until November 1, 2016 - IF there's still an America in existence to deal with it.  Thomas Jefferson just rolled over in his grave.

Mitt Romney?  Forget all about him.  He's toast come November.  Just another bullshit kiss-ass Republican without the balls to stand up and do the right thing until it's "politically expedient", which is always too late.  He's just another John McCain type who has spent his career kissing Donk ass in the hopes it will get him somewhere.  Now he plans to run on a platform of repealing legislation that he basically wrote.  Obama will have a field day with that.

For my part, I will vote write-in if necessary.  For the part of the Republican Party, they would be wise do call for and execute a do-over.  Not that I expect that, but this decision has basically guaranteed the speedy demise of the Republican Party.  Come 2016, there will either be another viable party to vote for, or the current crop of Republicans will have been forced to move on.  That is, of course, on the condition that Republican and conservative voters are both smart enough and strong enough to make it happen.  I cannot guarantee that.

I also cannot guarantee that there will still be a Constitution to defend by that time.  If somehow taking over an entire industry and calling that a "tax" is now "constitutional", then just about anything is.  Any and all restrictions placed upon the government are hereby null and void.  The people now have no say whatsoever about anything.

For American government to be properly restored to its legal limits, illegal laws must now be ignored and broken.  Sage's Revolution MUST take place, and take place NOW.  Americans MUST get off their fat sorry asses and fight - with words, with votes, and if necessary, with arms.  Obama's socialist utopia is at hand, and if Americans just sit back and let it happen as they have for the last hundred years, the depression of the last four years will be looked upon as the  "good old days".  You think you have problems now?  Just wait.  They already have your money.  They now have taken your freedom.  Next will be your life.

Are you prepared to stand?

(1) I’m turning 97 in December. I’ll start waiting for my panel interview appointment to arrive in the mail.
(2) I’ve been telling everyone who’d listen, based on Kelo and other recent decisions, that to rely on SCOTUS was asinine ― which
explains why the GOP tends to do that (see discussions on the campaign finance reform vote, where the edifents said “not to worry, it’ll be struck down almost immediately”).
(3) Our government has now revealed itself the enemy of the citizen. Too many times this has been the first blow struck to enslave the populace. The question: who of The Commentators will be brave enough to actually say so? AND do as John Adams, Sam Adams, Jefferson, Franklin, et al, did: lead the charge to put this outlaw government bsck inline with the limits of the Constitution and the sentiments of the People?
(4) There are NO good Democrats. Just Mobsters and quiet enablers!
(5) For most “leadership” GOP, see item 4
(6) We are quickly flying past the point of peaceful rebalance.

And
(7) I’m glad I am 96.5yrs old. However, I do weep for my posterity.

A parting thought: Because of the GOP’s limp response for TENS of DECADES to voter fraud ― including people like McCain actually helping the passage of mechanisms to facilitate it ― Obama will be re-elected in November. This is because, while everyone claims to believe in the free market mechanism, (which incl.competition, btw), too many are afraid to use the “taking your business elsewhere” with the GOP. When we could do it with the result being only discomfort – NOT dissolution of the Republic – the L.O.T.E. voters scared most of us into compromising our principles. This allowed the GOP to in effect consolidate the Statism gained by the aggressive wing of the Progressives and acclimate the Citizenry to loss of Liberty.

Now that we see the outcome of L.O.T.E: McCain re-elected, failed primary challenge of Hatch (2 GOP Progressives), I don’t expect contrition from the L.O.T.E-rs… b/c I read them using the same tactics on people like Phil that Progressives use on Constitutionalists everyday. Emoting to shut down discussion so we can “beat the other guy” rather than voting Principles – even if the GOP only pays lip service to them, should we still vote for them? Do you buy a crappy product (phony promises), simply b/c it’s the only one offered in your color (blue) AND the company uses scare tactics – telling you your a$$ will catch on fire if you buy a different product (un-electable, like Reagan was) – to buy their shoddy dishonest product? Or, do you buy a product not quite what you wanted, but honestly put forth, so that the other company b/c of the drop in sales, knows they must provide an honest product or close shop?

Yet, we keep enabling the GOP Progressives. Now it is (maybe almost?) too late.

I’m so glad I’m so old. I am sorry I lived to see this, I remember what it was like before we lost our Liberty. You youngsters haven’t any idea.

I’ll post when the card with my appointment date with the Citizen’s Carbon Reclamation Panel arrives.

Could it have been said any better?

I think not.

Love it or leave it.
We left it before it even saw the light of day, in 1787 and 1791. It did not originate in the House, it is a violation of Article 1, Section 8 which lists the enumerated powers of Congress, and it violates the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Tenth Amendments.

If this is allowed by the people of this country to stand, then there is no longer a United States of America.
